Mikki Rogers has been a Pacesetter in the Hospitality Industry for the last 30 years and during this time she led dynamic and successful sales efforts in the Atlanta area. With an undergraduate from Ohio State University in Business Administration, Rogers began her professional career with The Traveler's Insurance Company and IBM. She soon found a passion for the Hospitality Industry in the early '80's and rose through management ranks with almost 14 years with Westin Hotels & Resorts and over 15 years with Hyatt Hotels & Resorts.

Recognized as an industry leader in various sales management positions, including Director of Sales & Marketing for Hyatt Hotels & Resorts, building  strong sales professionals, Rogers has lead teams for two of the top hotel flags in the industry, including Westin Hotels & Resorts and Hyatt Hotels& Resorts. During her career she also earned multiple sales awards with both hotel companies.

Rogers’s involvement in multiple high profile professional industry organizations such as:

  • Professional Convention Management Association (PCMA)
  • National Coalition of Black Meeting Planners (NCBMP)
  • Society of Government Meeting Planners (SGMP)
  • Meeting Planners International (MPI)
  • American Society of Association Executives (ASAE)
  • Religious Conference Management (RCMA)

As well as being well known and respected nationally by major corporation and association leaders, led Rogers to form her own Meetings & Events Company in January 2007, Supreme Solutions Atlanta.  This experience allowed her an opportunity to sit on the other side of the negotiations desk from hotels sales to becoming the customer with which hotels sales people would negotiate. Known for her keen sense of creating win-win agreements for many years, she knows the “ins” and “outs” of the hotel business. Rogers utilizes all of her years of experience to save her customers travel and meeting dollars. She works with her customers to secure excellent venues, value and high service levels for all of their meetings and events, on a national basis.

In January 2010, Rogers joined “Strategic Solutions, LLC,” as Vice President of Site Selections. In this additional role, she will be your advocate and liaison for all of your meeting, event or destination management requirements and ensure that all phases of your event will be expertly managed from A to Z.
